How long will it take for my order to ship?

Since all of our items are made to order, please allow 10–15 days to process and craft your order. Once your order has shipped, you’ll be notified.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?

As each item is handmade to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure to double-check your order before confirming, especially sizing and colors.
Do you offer custom orders?

Yes, we offer custom orders for your specific needs. Go to Services ＞ Custom-Made Pieces and fill out the form to get a quote. Let us know what you're looking for, including any details so we can create something unique for you.
Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping within the EU countrys only. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery times may also vary depending on your location.

Are your products eco-friendly?

At Maria Canarias Label, we are committed to sustainability and strive to use eco-friendly fabrics whenever possible. Some of our products are made from deadstock fabrics, helping to reduce textile waste and promote a more circular approach to fashion. (Please refer to each product description for fabric details.) Additionally, every item is made to order in our small studio. We also minimize waste by repurposing fabric offcuts to create accessories.
